Experience

Mr. Stark has extensive experience in programming and initial project planning and has served in this capacity for projects with the State University Construction Fund, the City of Buffalo Department of Community Development and the Buffalo Board of Education. Mr. Stark specializes in programming, design, and coordination of large institutional commissions, and has over 20 years of experience.

Mr. Stark’s professional experience includes teaching assistant at Syracuse University, School of Architecture and instructing in Environmental Control Systems and Advanced Building Systems. Mr. Stark serves on the Board of Directors of the Western N.Y. Chapter of the A.I.A. and has been instrumental in working with B.E.A.M. Buffalo Engineering Awareness for minorities to promote mentoring and internship opportunities for minorities in the design profession.
