Project Manager

CJS Architects, LLP is one of upstate New York's leading architectural design firms, with offices in Buffalo and Rochester. We are a 22-person, progressive studio known for thoughtful design across education, housing, and commercial sectors. We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our Buffalo office.

You will lead overall project management responsibility for a variety of projects and project teams — including client contact, scheduling, and budgeting — across project types including public education, higher education, housing, and commercial.

Qualifications
• B Arch or M Arch degree
• Licensed architect or nonregistered graduate
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of building codes
• Strong design and graphic abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop


Compensation & benefits
Salary range of $58,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits
package. We work in an open-studio design environment with a progressive, energetic culture.
