Michael Gac is a Designer at CJS Architects. Michael graduated with his Master's in Architecture from the University at Buffalo while having a Bachelor of Arts from Buffalo State College. While at UB, Michael participated in the student publication Intersight, volunteered for the inaugural Advanced Ceramics Assembly Workshop and the relocation of GrowHome. His graduate research studied materiality of Victorian Architecture while his thesis work focused on exploring the domestic garage through individual and collaborative design methods. Outside of academia, he has been part of the fabrication and installation of projects in Buffalo’s City Hall and Buffalo Art Studio. He reignited his passion for design-build projects while building parade floats for Buffalo’s Dyngus Day festival.
