Nelson Toothe

Director of Human Resources

Nelson Toothe serves as the Director of Human Resources at CJS Architects as well as guides operations at CJS Interiors. He brings a wealth of experience in people management, training, and team leadership.

Nelson earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of New Mexico. Before joining CJS, he spent 20 years at Paychex, Inc., where he held various roles in client relations, training and mentoring, and project team leadership. His background includes extensive work in payroll tax compliance and operational process improvement and project management.
