Scott Selin is a Project Architect at CJS Architects. Prior to becoming an architect Scott spent 15 years working in the construction field focused primarily on historical restoration in the traditional building trades. Scott brings this experience in all phases of the design and construction process, from Schematic Design to Construction Documents and Administration. He has a strong interest in building science, building codes, construction materials and methods along with functional detailing. His experience includes leading teams on cultural, multi-family and mixed-use projects, high-rise, adaptive re-use and historic preservation. Scott’s work has appeared in a variety of publications including Architect’s Newspaper, Azure Magazine, Architectural Record, several books and has received local and international design awards.
