Vacant buildings can still be… vibrant?

Rochester has seen a lot of discussion recently about its vacant spaces – from houses to commercial buildings, once-thriving areas now sit empty. An upcoming symposium aims to address this, offering strategies to revitalize these spaces thoughtfully, not just with the first available occupant.

Our very own Craig Jensen, partner at CJS Architects and member of the American Institute of Architects, joined "Connections with Evan Dawson" to discuss a crucial topic for Rochester's future: Vacancy. Craig, along with Melissa Suchodolski, President of USC Builds and a member of the DevelopROC team leading the Bulls Head Revitalization, explored this and more! Catch the replay and hear their insights on how Rochester can thoughtfully transform its vacant spaces into thriving communities.
