Progress is being made at our 301 Ohio Street project
the first of Ellicott Development Apartments' multi-phase development on the re-established Ohio Street Parkway. The five-story, 52,000sf mixed-use building will have retail and office space as well as 21 apartment units right on the water’s edge!
