A Strong Neighborhood

The removal of a portion of an expressway, the Inner Loop, in downtown Rochester New York afforded the city and a cultural anchor, the Strong National Museum of Play, with a unique opportunity to weave the existing Museum into the fabric of the city, and create new connections between the Center City District, the Museum, and the surrounding neighborhoods.
