A historic tax credit-based redevelopment of 180,000 square feet over eight buildings for the headquarters of a Fortune 500 company. Helping to reimagine and transform the waterfront along the Genesee River including a new two-level 75 spot parking structure, new entrance plaza, riverside park improvements, parkside grab and go and integration into Rochester’s Roc the Riverway improvements. Building core and shell improvements included a new main entrance, new lower level parking area, new rooftop terrace/amenity addition, campus wide window replacements, and interior/ exterior masonry restoration. Campus infrastructure upgrades included multiple elevator modernizations and all new M/E/P.
