The project includes 386 beds in 114 apartments.  The apartments are primarily 4 bed, 2 bathroom with a full kitchen.  The project also features community spaces including a café coffee bar, a two story gathering space, exercise rooms, computer labs, study rooms, game rooms and laundry facilities.

The primary goal of the project is to provide the students of SUNY Brockport an off campus, state of the art living facility that offers them the same luxuries of on campus housing while providing them the freedom of and independence of apartment living. 

Brockport College Suites opened in the fall semester of 2009 and is currently leased at capacity. 

Phase II—An additional 266 beds is currently in the Design Phase.
