Tasks include representation of site security measures to be implemented in a phased manner to coincide with plant expansion, & designed in accordance with United States Coast Guard & Department of Homeland Security regulations.

CJS’ role is to assist in documentation of existing facilities, provide graphic representation of proposed site security implementation, along with a programming effort developing general sizes & locations of support buildings which house security related staff & equipment. CJS is providing support & design services to Seebald International in the "crucial hardening" of these massive facilities.
