CJS was selected by the owner to develop Phase III based on successful performance with our team on other projects.

The project consists of a total of 22 buildings comprised of four different building types which include four Mansion style, four Townhouse style, two Gable style and 17 Villa style, offering a total of 108 residential units.

There is a combination of studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments which  accommodate a variety of housing needs.

All of the buildings are slab on grade with wood framing. The exteriors blend cementitious and vinyl siding along with stone veneer in a range of complimentary colors.

Interior amenities include nine foot ceilings, central air, forced hot air heating and all appliances including a washer and dryer.  Surrounding the buildings are pedestrian-friendly areas with quiet, tree-lined streets, an orchard, meadow and a pond.

This was a fast-tracked project, with our team being brought on in May with a four month design schedule.
