As both the architect and interior designer for this endeavor, our team embarked on a visionary journey to create a cutting-edge facility that harmonizes functionality, innovation, and aesthetic excellence. Our design concept sought to inspire creativity, collaboration, and entrepreneurship through a thoughtful integration of architecture and interior design elements.

The interior spaces are crafted to encourage collaboration and innovation. Flexible learning environments, state-of-the-art classrooms, and collaborative zones are strategically positioned to facilitate dynamic interactions among students, faculty, and industry leaders.

Recognizing the importance of fostering entrepreneurship, dedicated hubs within the building offer spaces for brainstorming, networking, and incubating innovative ideas. These zones are designed with a modern and dynamic aesthetic, creating an inspiring backdrop for the next generation of business leaders.

Cutting-edge technology is seamlessly integrated into the Golisano Institute, enhancing the learning experience. Smart classrooms, interactive displays, and technologically advanced conference rooms reflect our commitment to providing students with a forward-looking educational environment.

The Golisano Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship is more than a building; it’s a hub of inspiration, learning, and forward-thinking design.

The design team and contractor worked hand in hand from January 2023 to August 2023 to renovate 40,000 sf for the first stage of the renovation.

Our second stage included the AI Innovation Hub, retail space and clothing closet. The AI Innovation Hub allows students to engage with, and learn from, AI technology. The learning environment includes a media lab, recording studio, New Vision Development Group Beta Lab and teaching spaces devoted to the exploration of AI and technology applications.  

Classes taught in the space will cover a variety of AI-related topics, including how to apply the technology in various industries, the use of predictive models and ethical considerations.
