Spread across 60 acres, the 80,000 sf mixed use project created a college-town neighborhood including student housing, retail stores, dining and recreational amenities.  The housing accommodates 924 beds and accounts for a balanced distribution of one to five bedrooms units that accommodate a large range of housing requirements and requests. Apartments are leased fully furnished and available in 15 different layouts, including singles, doubles, triples, quadruples and quintuples. The units were each designed with a living/dining area; a fully equipped kitchen; laundry closet; cable TV and WiFi connections.

The commercial portion of the site is anchored by a two story Barnes and Noble Superstore which also RIT's new campus bookstore. The store occupies half of Park Point's 80,000 square feet of commercial floor space.

Other commercial tenants that occupy the development include Loving Cup which is a coffee café, wine bar and music bistro; Aladdin's Natural Eatery, a local Mediterranean style café offering Lebanese food; Wok With You, an Asian fusion restaurant; an M&T Bank branch. It also includes a fitness center that is free for tenants.
