Entering from the historic lobby patrons and visitors will be greeted with a new front of house space. Here they can grab a drink and snacks and not miss anything that is happening on stage while also having access to new bathrooms. The concession area greets visitors and curves around to create a 40-foot bar. With five taps and three pour stations the bar will be able to serve the theatre’s customers more efficiently throughout their visit.  Along the new five bays of existing storefront along Webster Street stretches drink rails provides space for patrons can gather before a show

Behind the bar and concession area is a back of house prep space which provides ample space for vendors during events and shows. To the rear of the addition are new bathrooms bringing the theatre up to current code requirements and helping reduce the congestion during a show.

In the northern most storefront is the Riviera Theatre’s new box office for ticket sales. Behind this will be an expansion of the theater’s office space for operations to be run from on a day-to-day basis.
