Barton & Loguidice Project Wins Landscape Architect Award

ROCHESTER, NY – Barton & Loguidice’s landscape architect project “Regional Green Infrastructure Showcase at the Rochester Museum & Science Center” received a Merit Award of Achievement in the Built Design category from the Update New York Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) at their annual awards ceremony held in Syracuse on Friday, February 3, 2017.

Ciminelli Ready to Start Mentholatum Conversion

Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation will begin work this month on the renovation of the former Mentholatum building located at 1360 Niagara Street. Ciminelli recently received acceptance of its application to the NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup program, triggering an official start for the project. The total project cost is approximately $19 million, with completion expected December 2017.

Cuomo wants Martin House, Graycliff projects completed

Completion of the Darwin Martin House has been tantalizingly close for years. Now, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo wants to push both Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House Complex in Buffalo's Parkside neighborhood and Graycliff, the summer estate built for Isabelle Martin in Derby, across the finish line.
