Groundbreaking ceremony held for new Canandaigua YMCA
A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Friday, July 8 for the new Canandaigua YMCA. The new $24 million facility will be built at a site on North Street, replacing the current Y located at 32 North Main Street.

Buffalo's Revitalization
CJS Architects has participated in numerous projects along the Buffalo River and the new Ohio Street Parkway.
What was once a series of abandoned brownfield sites has seen the development of new residential and commercial projects, breathing new life into the area and the re-claimed Buffalo River. CJS has been responsible for the design of Buffalo River Landing, 301 Ohio Street, and the Patrick Paladino boathouse for the Buffalo Scholastic Rowing Association. We are currently involved in several planning exercises along the Ohio Street corridor and are excited for what is to come.

625 South Goodman wins award for Residential design at the IIDA Gala
Held at the Admiral Room this last April, the 2022 Interior Awards Gala was a success! With over 40 project submissions there was stiff competition for this year's 8 winners including CJS for its residential work on 625 South Goodman.
