Bio
Mr. Stark has extensive experience in programming and initial project planning and has served in this capacity for projects with the State University Construction Fund, the City of Buffalo Department of Community Development and the Buffalo Board of Education.  He specializes in programming, design, and coordination of large institutional commissions, and has over 30 years of experience.

Mr. Stark’s professional experience includes volunteer and community service work. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the AIA New York State as Past President. The Buffalo Architectural Foundation awarded Mr. Stark with its first "Pro-Bono Publico Award" for Distinguished Service for pro- bono community service.

Mr Stark has been a visiting critic for design juries at the University of Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning.  He is currently the Design Partner for the renovation of Crosby Hall, home of the School of Architecture at the University of Buffalo.
